Hands on learning
for heart-centred practitioners
In person Face Massage trainings in Glasgow
Face therapy is subtle work, but it can create deep change.
Face therapy offers more than physical results.
It supports the nervous system, emotional regulation, sleep, lymphatic flow, and a deeper sense of connection to the self. People often feel better not just in their face, but in their whole being.
Who will you train with?
I teach face manual therapy as a responsive, evolving practice, shaped by years of hands on work with real people, not just techniques or protocols.
My approach is rooted in seeing the face as part of the whole person. In trainings, we explore how to read tissue, respond to the nervous system and adapt our work to where the client is at on that day. Rather than following fixed sequences, the focus is on presence, sensitivity and learning how to listen through your hands.
Trainings are kept intentionally small so there’s space to slow down, ask questions and receive individual guidance. This allows the subtleties of face work to unfold naturally, supporting you in building confidence, skill and trust in your own touch.
If you’re drawn to learning in a way that feels thoughtful, human and deeply respectful of the person in front of you, I’d love to share this approach with you.

Face Sculpting Training
Advanced global facial work for restoring structure, drainage and natural definition.
-
Face Sculpting is a global manual therapy approach focused on restoring the natural structure of the face.
The goal is not to change someone’s features, but to bring the face back to its original setting — before chronic tension, poor drainage and reduced circulation altered its appearance.
Tension patterns, stagnation of fluid, lack of proper blood flow and limited movement can all make the face look heavier, dull or tired. This method works to reverse those patterns through precise, slow and deeply intentional techniques.
It is structural, not cosmetic. Restorative, not artificial.
-
This training is designed for qualified massage therapists, facialists and bodyworkers who want to work at a deeper structural level.
It is ideal for practitioners who:
• already understand facial anatomy
• want to move beyond relaxation-based facials
• are ready to work slowly, precisely and intentionally
• want to offer more results-driven treatments -
This is advanced, global work.
You will learn:
• Deep structural facial techniques
• Neck, scalp and shoulder integration
• Abdominal and chest work to support drainage
• Use of facial cupping for tension release and fluid movement
• Intraoral techniques for deeper muscular access
• How to assess tension patterns and reshape through release
• How to keep intensive work calm and regulated for the clientThe emphasis is on precision, slowness and confidence in your hands.
You will leave with a full treatment structure you can integrate immediately.
