Hands on learning
for heart-centred practitioners
In person Face Massage trainings in Glasgow
Face therapy is subtle work, but it can create deep change.
Face therapy offers more than physical results.
It supports the nervous system, emotional regulation, sleep, lymphatic flow, and a deeper sense of connection to the self. People often feel better not just in their face, but in their whole being.
Who will you train with?
I teach face manual therapy as a responsive, evolving practice, shaped by years of hands on work with real people, not just techniques or protocols.
My approach is rooted in seeing the face as part of the whole person. In trainings, we explore how to read tissue, respond to the nervous system and adapt our work to where the client is at on that day. Rather than following fixed sequences, the focus is on presence, sensitivity and learning how to listen through your hands.
Trainings are kept intentionally small so there’s space to slow down, ask questions and receive individual guidance. This allows the subtleties of face work to unfold naturally, supporting you in building confidence, skill and trust in your own touch.
If you’re drawn to learning in a way that feels thoughtful, human and deeply respectful of the person in front of you, I’d love to share this approach with you.

Kobido is a traditional Japanese facial massage known for its lifting, sculpting, and rejuvenating effects. This treatment combines rhythmic techniques, deep tissue work, and gentle stimulation of acupressure points to improve circulation, release facial tension, and support lymphatic flow. Often described as a natural face-lift, Kobido enhances skin tone, softens fine lines, and leaves the face visibly brighter and more relaxed.
